What You’ll Explore

Step into your power with this Energy Healing Workshop, where you’ll discover the magic of your own energy field.

Through student and teacher introductions, an overview of the human energy field, and guided hands-on exercises, you’ll begin to:

✨ Understand the chakras and their functions
✨ Learn how to perceive and move energy
✨ Build foundational energy healing skills
✨ Experience grounding exercises and chakra balancing
✨ Participate in guided meditations and partner energy work
✨ Expand your spiritual growth and connection

This workshop is designed to help you create positive change, heal past trauma, and manifest your desires while exploring each of the chakras—from root to crown.
